Who We Are
Xcellence Ignited is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides youth-focused skill-building programs and advocacy support to help young adults succeed in life.
What We Do
We collaborate with communities and organizations to increase resiliency and self-sufficiency in youth, strengthen families, and promote entrepreneurship and career-building in historically-excluded Black and Brown communities within Hamilton County, Ohio.
Why We Do What We Do
We recognize that many youths lack the skills needed to navigate challenging and traumatic situations successfully. Further, young adults may not know their post-high school options if college is not their choice.
Consequently, Xcellence Ignited is determined to help youth build the life skills needed to survive and thrive while encouraging them to explore nontraditional pathways and, identify and achieve their own versions of success.
